Tenancy Law for Non-Lawyers

Tenancy Law for Non-Lawyers is designed for community sector workers who may at times need to assist clients with tenancy issues. It is not intended for housing providers or landlord organisations.

This 1-Day workshop delivered by the Tenants’ Union of NSW equips professionals with a working understanding of relevant tenancy legislation, dispute resolution mechanisms and strategies for helping clients who rent.  The workshop covers:
